A 6 week transformation

Week 1: Foundations
Understand the fundamental building blocks of AI/ML and how are they applied in industry.

Week 2: Case studies
Get inspired by seeing how others have used ML to give their businesses more leverage. Scope opportunities in your own business.

Week 3: Apply CV models
Build Computer Vision models & deploy mock MVPs. Scope how your business could leverage them.

Week 4: Apply NLP models
Deploy mock Natural Language Processing models like GPT-3. Scope how your business could leverage them.

Week 5: Design your roadmap
Iterate on your organisation's strategic AI roadmap with your instructor. Include your org's CEO & management where relevant.

Week 6: Problem-solve roadblocks
Identify what's missing to get started & learn from operators that successfully drove an AI transformation. Network with AI engineers.

FAQ

• What's the weekly time commitment?

This course works part-time. It's designed for busy CTOs, and should easily integrate with your schedule. A 6h-a-week commitment on your end (all-in) should be enough to get the most out of the course.

• How will I interact with other CTOs?

We designed this course as a cohort-based learning experience. We'll carefully match participants with like-minded CTO leading complementary businesses to theirs (non-competitive). You'll work on mock exercises together, facilitated by your instructor. We'll also organize regular networking events for participants.

• Will I get 1-on-1s with the instructor?

Yes! This is a core value proposition of this course. Each week, you will have a 20min 1-on-1 coaching session with your instructor. Use that time to ask questions, dig some topics deeper, and move closer to your business-specific roadmap. You will also have access to a Slack channel for asynchronous discussions, monitored daily by the instructor.

• How will I practice on ML models?

On W3 and W4, we'll take you through the full ML pipeline. This includes data collection, model training, transfer learning, and API building. We spent a lot of time setting up the right tools so that the above will be done setup free on your side - with no time wasted installing and/or debugging. You'll have full access to low-level code and the possibility to share your results.

• Can I involve my team members?

Definitely! This course is designed as a transformational experience for your whole organisation. We expect the main user to be the CTO - but they should feel free to invite management and/or their teams wherever relevant.

• What if I have to miss a live session?

No need to worry! You obviously won't get as much out as if you attend live, but session will be recorded and made available online. You can also contact your instructor and fellow cohort members asynchronously.
